This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the official Charmzone online store.

1) Shipping Rates (U.S. Domestic)

Free Shipping on all U.S. orders $50+.
- The $50 threshold is based on item subtotal only and is not affected by taxes, discounts, promo codes, or store credits.
$6.50 Flat Rate Shipping on U.S. orders under $50.

2) Carriers

We ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the fastest/most reliable option for your delivery.

3) Estimated Delivery Time

Most U.S. domestic orders arrive within 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier performance.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

4) Address Requirements (Please Read)

To avoid delays, please enter a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

Street number and street name
Apartment / suite / unit number (if applicable)
City, state, and ZIP code

If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or returned. Charmzone is not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate or missing address details.

5) Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address or a failed delivery, we can assist with reshipment. If you prefer a refund instead, return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.
