Feels like a lotion!
This toner from CHARMZONE is hydration heaven! The bottle style is very unique and pretty and the consistency of the toner is like a milky lotion. I feel as if this toner feels like an emulsion instead as this is for the thirstiest of skin in general. There are a lot of really good ingredients in this such as mushroom, raspberry, tomato, bamboo, ceramide NP, wine extract, and mistletoe. All of these work well to leave my skin feeling bouncy and smooth. :) I like how this makes my skin so smooth. It's very luxurious and for those who have greaser skin or normal skin, this is more of a luxury lotion than a toner. I have normal skin type so I will be using this as an emulsion. If you want a luxury toner or a milky lotion, this is perfect and I can't recommend it enough!
